A deposit amount for purchase should be paid by the customer there is a delivery time of up to approximately 20 weeks this is due to the time of year in China or the UK. The remaining shall be collected on the day of installation of plantation shutters. Please contact me for any queries regarding prices and charges. We cannot cancel the order after the deposit has been paid as the product is bespoke to the client’s home and window sizes. Any delay in payments for the installations will result in additional charges for administration and legal fees.
Fitting date, if a fitting date is cancelled within 48 hours of a confirmation date this will be charged at a price of £180+VAT.

We have the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any geographic location, or person. All the prices of our products and services are subject to change without any intimation at any time.
